A $20 Tryout fee is due when you arrive. Cash only please.
IMPORTANT: All fees must be paid in full so the registrant named herein may continue to participate. This includes, but is not limited to, any outstanding monies owed to BMBA or any other association.
- I hereby give permission of the registrant named herein to participate with the Bradford Minor Baseball Association (BMBA).
- I understand that BMBA, the Executive, umpires ,coaches and volunteers can not be held responsible for injuries incurred during the normal course of a game, practice or event and while traveling to and from a game, practice or event.
- I hereby give permission to BMBA to use the information provided in confidentiality and as required for communication and administration purposes or in the case of emergency.
- I will comply with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Association, any Operating Rules of the Association, any Policies/Procedures of the Association and the Association’s Code of Conduct. All of which are available on the association's website.
- It is the responsibility of the player to stretch and be prepared on their own time before their scheduled try out time - time will not be provided as a group to "warm up" during our try out times.
- Coaches and Evaluators are following their own template to create a fair and balanced tryout - all evaluators and support on field are just that - decisions on signing or releasing players relies solely on the head coach. All communication will follow the tryout to those who are successful in making the team.
- Unfortunately with so many participants at the try out, not all players will receive direct communication immediately after the event.
- These tryouts are expected to be a 1 day event. If required, a second tryout will be added and offered to those who are INVITED to the second try out. With tight schedules, and diamond availability, additional dates are not expected to be added.
- Should inclement weather occur, notices will be sent out via email and social media as quickly as possible should time allow. Please expect to be at the tryout, even in rain.
- I certify that the information provided on this Agreement/Registration form is accurate. I understand that withholding of information or giving false information will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of membership without refund. I will provide proof of information provided on this Agreement/Registration form upon request.
